Trellis Netting Tips for First-Time Growers?

Hey folks, I’m prepping for my first cannabis grow and just got some trellis netting based on all the advice I’ve seen here. I’m still a bit unsure about when and how to use it properly. Should I install it early during veg or wait until flowering starts? Also, how often should I be tucking branches? Any tips or things to avoid for someone new to plant training would be super helpful. I want to keep the canopy even and avoid stress. Thanks in advance!
