Yes, absolutely! My parents are 67 and 70 - they completed it last year. But you need proper planning.

Book helicopter for Kedarnath. The 16 km trek is tough even for younger people. Helicopter costs around 7,000 but saves enormous physical strain. Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri have shorter treks or pony options available.

Take it slow. Don't rush temple visits. We built in extra rest days at Uttarkashi and Joshimath so they could recover. The constant sitting in vehicles is actually more tiring than people realize.

Carry all regular medications plus extras. Altitude medicines are important - consult a doctor before going. Keep oxygen cans handy, available at most medical stores there.

Choose comfortable accommodation. Don't go for the cheapest options. Good beds and clean bathrooms matter more when you're older. Book ground floor rooms wherever possible.

When going Delhi to Chardham yatra book tempo traveller on rent in Delhi with seniors, pick a vehicle with good suspension and cushioned seats. Make frequent stops for stretching and bathroom breaks.

It's totally manageable with the right approach!
